Regulatory, Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council By-Laws.Basic Eligibility: The
Contractor must have fresh valid registration i.e. 202Y registered with Registration with Pakistan
Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (above 25 million)In Relevant Category And Specialized
Codes. The bidders must have completed (3) assignment of similar nature of works in last (3) years
according to estimated cost. The bidder must submit their last three years bank statements and turnover
according to estimated cost. The bidder must attach the Water Tanks & Building of works undertaken or
completed in the last three years. All pages must be signed, stamped and marked from 1st to last page
Further criteria are mentioned in bidding documents. METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single stage – one
envelope procedure. BIDDING / TENDER DOCUMENTS: Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid
Security in the form of Deposit at Call of 2% specifiedabove in the name of the under-signed from a
scheduled bank. Issuance: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk. The green
Challan form amounting Rs: (1500) Non-refundable – (as bidding documents charges) deposited in the
account of Assistant Director Local Govt Hub.HB-7938 & the bidders should log in using their BPPRA ID,
download the tender fee challan for the scheme, and deposit it. Submission: Last date of Submission will
be (10-08-2026), at 11:00.am) Opening: The tender document will be opened on (10-08-2026) at
(12:00pm)(bid will be opened within one hour of the deadline for submission of bids), before procurement
committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Place: of issuance,
