Eligibility of Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Worth PKR. 1 Million each in Previous 3 Years
Accumualted Turnover of at least PKR. 5 Million in 3 Subsequent Previous Years
Presence in Active Tax Payer List
BRA Registration Certificate
The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan
Firm/Company must be agree with all the terms & conditions (Must unconditionally agree with all the instructions, terms & conditions specified in the bidding documents & contract agreement)
Procedure of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure
Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
Tender Documents: The NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk
Issuance of tender Documents: Complete Bidding Document can be viewed at www.bppra.gob.pk
Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 12 October, 2026 till 12:00 PM through supplier dashboard.
Tender opening: All tenders will be opened on same day at 01:00 PM on EPPS System
